Thank you for choosing to register for the November 2025 Candidate Trainer Experience. By paying for your registration you are securing a spot in this event. Please be sure to hold your calendar based on the schedule below:

The Candidate Trainer Workshop (CTW) will be held on November 20-21, 2025 (Thursday and Friday) running from 7:00 to 13:00 EST (check your local time).

Joining a class prior to the CTW is determined on an individual basis. We do recommend joining a Professional Scrum Master or Applying Professional Scrum class within a few months of the CTW. Please discuss options with Scrum.org staff.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your registration, please email community-ops@scrum.org.
- Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to the event receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between 15-30 days prior to the event receive a 75% refund. The remaining registration payment may be applied to a future registration for the Candidate Trainer Experience or Scrum.org certification tests.
- Cancellations less than 15 days prior to the event receive no refund. The registration payment may be applied to a future registration for the Candidate Trainer Experience or Scrum.org certification tests.
